 E-Tanah Concept

 

  1. Provide a Single Point of Contact at an eTanah counter.
  2. Customer can acquire information and services online.
  3. Tax-payment can be made at local payment centre (such as the post office And TMpoint), apart from any land office in the state.
  4. Requisition for survey together with certified plan can be made online between land administrator and JUPEM.
  5. Technical department comments can be made easier and faster through MyGDI.
  6. Computerize internal processing can be done faster and more easily.
  7. Web-based system development made system usage by users within the land office and information gathering by customers easier without disregarding security aspects.
